Today, I’m cheating with bread making. I’m doing this because I’m about to spend a week on holiday in Cornwall and I wanted to make some bread to take with me. So, as result, I’m using a pre-prepared flour mix from Waitrose. It’s their own brand mix but it has a variety of seeds and the yeast blended in. All I need to do it add some water and butter. I did deviate a little bit by leaving the dough overnight in the fridge to bring out more taste. I made couple of loaves and some small rolls. Sadly, because the packet suggested I needed the high heat of 210°C, I managed to burn them a little.
