Going a bit mad with the experiments, I decided to make chocolate and banana chip bread.  I used spelt flour for a change and added an avocado instead of butter. The chocolate was provided via a dark chocolate spread from Whole Earth.

To my surprise, it turned out pretty good and one loaf disappeared very quickly when I took it to work.
