Technically, this is a filter coffee and it’s prepared by grinding 19g of beans with 290g of water, brewed for 3minutes. I did this and I got a crispy juicy coffee.
I then put it through the Sage and got a smashing acidic coffee that mellows of well with full milk. It’s another great coffee from Origin although it’s not as good as Pantano, I’m certainly enjoying it.
From the remote Huehuetenango region in Guatemala, this cup has a green apple, peach and white rum sweetness with a lemon and mango acidity and a juicy body.
